All direct orders must be prepaid by credit card VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover]. For E-Checks we will need to wait until the check clears before processing the order [typically 4-7 days]. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. For your convenience, you can also place your order via telephone, toll free 866.961.0925. It is likely you will need to leave a message and we will call you back right away.

Sales Tax
Purchases sent to any address within the State of Illinois must include State Sales Tax of 10.25%. Sales tax is not required for purchases sent to other states or outside the U.S.

Shipping & Handling
Most orders are processed within two business days from original receipt of order, and approval of credit card. Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority [typically 4-7 days] or via UPS - Other shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us. A shipping and handling fee of $5.95 is added to all orders priced up to $99.99. All orders above $99.99 have a $10.45 shipping and handling applied. The above shipping charges only apply to orders shipped to continental U.S. addresses.
