Sashas™ Club - Jake

Jake

Date Added: 17/07/2007
Pet Name: Jake
Pet Age: 5 1/2 years
Pet Owner: Kitty Medica, Chicago IL USA

Our Labrador Retreiver, Jake, is 5 & 1/2 years old. We had him since he was a puppy, adopted at 3 months of age. At a little over one year of age, his problems started with his knees. He has anterior crucier (?) ligament problems with both knees, a congenital/hereditary defect. (His hips aren't the best either but holding). He has had two knee operations on the left and one on the right. We have had him on Cosequin for at least 3 years and he still was having bad days. In March of 2007 we reached another turning point. He seemed to be having problems walking a short distance and playing for even a short time without stopping and looking like he was in pain. That was when I found Sashas Blend. I was a little skeptical at first... I am a nurse, and was not sure if this would work, or worse yet make him sick. Needless to say, I am happy to report a success story. He was weaned off his cosequin and his been on Sashas Blend and as you can see in the photos, very willing and able to play with our Pug, who puts him through his paces; but he keeps up. I highly recommend this natural medication. It is easy to administer, our Jake seems to like it, and most importantly, his quality of life has significantly improved.

Signed,
Kitty Medica, Chicago IL USA
